After showing it to everyone and spending may too much time there. The kids even ruined my mothers TV with a couple of magnets. Ooops. WE SOLD THE HOUSE! We are pleased, very please with the outcome and are glad to be moving toward simpliflication. I tagged on a couple of pics of the old place for nostalgia purposes.

Getting big and the first trip outside

I realized the otherday that I have failed to mention on here that we got us some ducks. There is three of them. They are baby Mallards. We have not named them yet as we do not know their gender. It's been pretty warm here the last few days so today, I took them outside to get some sun.

A couple of other interesting things happened today. Amy and I were awoken to an earthquake this morning at about 5:30. Pretty cool. Great way to start the day. Also, I took Michael down to the kindergarten building this morning to get paperwork to enroll him in kindergarten for the fall. Getting big.

Were Huge In Europe

So I recently added Livefeed stats from http://feedjit.com/ they shoow a map and everything. You can see the stats in the sidebar. So Anyway, I noticed that 27% of our visitors since I added the stats are from eurpoe. 27% Its like were David Hassellhoff or something!

Root beer and swedish household goods and furnishings

Last night we went out for dinner to one of Cincinnati's finest establishments. The Root Beer Stand. You can visit them on the web by going to, you guessed it, http://www.therootbeerstand.com/ . My man Adam of therootbeerbothers.com has gotten me into a rootbeer kick which has been accompanied by a cheeseburger kick. Since this place brews their own, it sounded like a great place to go off to. Plus, the kids enjoyed their on site playground. One the way back home we stopped in to see the new Ikea Store. 1 1/2 hours,a cheesegrater and a milk frother later, we went home. Good times, good evening.

Vistit with Grandpa

So Amy's Dad came up for a couple of days for some business at the base. We got together with her sister and Grandpa for a bit. We had some dessert and some dinner the next night. Good to see him. The kids were wishing for Grandma to come up to but that just makes them even more eager to see her next time.

Wicked Sweet Photshop Alternative

I downloaded this a while back. Pretty cool. I dig it. It has a bit of a learning curve but does some pretty cool stuff. A good alternative for my cash strapped photo friends. it is GNU so it is constantly changing due to people making additions etc. I heard about it from my dude over at http://www.inphotos.org/. I say he is my dude because I admire his Art. We have never met or spoken at least not that I know of.
