The storm on Sunday.

So we took the kids around to assess some damage after the winds calmed down. Here is what we got. (in about 30 seconds)

The oldest turns 9!

Amy made a cake with lemon custard between the layers and a cream cheese frosting. It was really good and I don't even like lemon cake.

Finally! Jaisen got that stinkin' littlest pet shop toy she has been whining about. (I guess siblings turned out to be good for something after all.)

Aunt nette and the cousins even stopped by for some fun.

Grandma Williams was there too but we didn't get any pictures of her.
The next day, we took Jaisen down to Bass Pro to climb the rock wall.

Jaisen really likes doing this and seems to be pretty good at it as well. The guy in the picture said that she was pretty good. This was after she took a flying leap in order to make a grab above her head.

We ended the night with the kids camping out in the backyard. Well, atleast 3/4 of them.
